At Zion Bags, our goal is to build a reputation for unmatched quality to all those who use our products. Our soft goods are covered by a lifetime guarantee. Should one of our soft goods fail during normal use due to defect in materials or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace it free-of-charge. Zion Bags hard goods and accessories are covered by a limited one-year guarantee. Our guarantee does not apply to accidental damage, misuse, mishandling, or alteration. To initiate service under this guarantee, bring both the Zion Bags product and sales receipt to your Zion Bags dealer for evaluation. They will replace or forward the goods to us for repair or replacement as appropriate.

Any unused or defective merchandise may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after the date of receipt, but only with a Return Authorization number (see below).
Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion and Zion Bags reserves the right to make all determinations as to the use of this policy. Products failing due to normal wear and tear, abuse, accident, critters, or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time will be repaired for a nominal fee. We will not repair product requiring a fee unless approved.
Any shipment fees associated with returns will be paid by customer. We will refund the initial shipping charges only if the merchandise is defective, or if we made a mistake in the shipment of your order.
At this time, we only process returns and do not offer exchanges. If you desire to make an exchange, please return your merchandise and place a new order at www.zionbags.com at your convenience. The Pay Pal account or credit card used in the original transaction will be credited for the return amount. For any merchandise purchased over the Holiday season, Zion Bags will extend the refund to 60 days from date of purchase. This 60 day extension is valid for purchases made between November 20th and December 24th.
A return authorization number can be obtained by completing the online form.

- Date that you received your order
- Returned items must be unused in new condition unless a defective claim is being made.
- Model Name and Style Number of the item(s)
- Reason for return
- Color of the item(s)
You will then receive a Return Authorization number.
